About
David Frankel was born and raised in a traditional Yiddish family within the uniquely preserved Jewish community of Antwerp, Belgium. Immersed in a culture of daily praise and singing, music was a deeply ingrained part of his life from an early age. During his teenage years, amidst a period of extreme isolation, David's bond with music deepened significantly — he came to feel more at home within a piece of music than anywhere else.
